This session will introduce LG Energy Solution’s cell R&D strategy to respond to changes in the ESS market required in the AI era and changes in the EV market driven by the transition to autonomous vehicles, along with the AI transformation plan. The presentation will also introduce how AI is currently being utilized and how it will be further developed in the future across materials development, cell design, performance prediction and life diagnosis/ prognostics technologies, and laboratory automation.
