We introduce a demonstration of a 100 kW repurposed ESS, developed with used EV batteries and integrated with a BIPV-based EV charging facility. By applying module-level MLPE, bidirectional DC/DC converters, and BMS/ACIR- based SOH estimation, we evaluated system stability and efficiency, with six months of operational data confirming improvements in conversion efficiency and control reliability. This work highlights the technical feasibility of repurposed ESS-based systems and points to their potential for future deployment.
